Solution
Webenia built a Laravel + Vue ops hub with Redis-backed queues for exception triage, bilingual labels for mixed teams, and tight ERP sync for inventory truth. We designed floor-friendly layouts — large tap targets, clear status chips — so busy managers could clear blockers between customer interactions.
