Webenia (operated by Webenia for Digital Solutions, registered in Egypt) collects and processes personal data when you contact us, request a proposal, or use any of our digital products built for our clients. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
When you submit a contact or meeting request we collect your full name, work email, phone number, company name, and the message content. If you apply for a position we additionally collect your CV, LinkedIn URL, and a cover note. We do not collect payment card data on this site.
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, route it to the correct department, and follow up within the agreed SLA. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers who operate under data processing agreements.
Contact and meeting request data is retained for 24 months from the date of last interaction. Job applications are retained for 12 months after the position is filled. You may request deletion at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any right, email privacy@webenia.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is limited to staff who need it for their role. We review access rights quarterly.
